earth bistro

This is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant a little west of Cleveland on Clifton I've tried a couple of times. It has a definite Cuban thing going and the black bean tostadas are just excellent as is the hummus plate and the salads. It seems like the veggies are really fresh and perhaps locally sourced. You might have to ask them to change a few things to meet your particular dietary desires. So yeah, Earth Bistro rocks! And it'll give you ideas for new things you can make at home.
