I love to cook. Haven't made anything real fancy lately, but here's my go to these days... I'm into miso broth. I buy it in boxes whereever. I think some may have stuff in it that I don't understand that might not be vegan or compliant or whatever (dried fish perhaps?) but the stuff from TJ seems ok. Let me know if it's not. Here's what I do: 1) I use it to sauté veggies instead of vegetable soup. I think the gingery broth tastes a lot better. I sauté mushrooms, carrots, celery, zucchini or whatever and then just put it over some brown rice (often mixed with wild rice). And yum! 2) I make miso soup with it. For this I also sauté veggies in the broth, using carrot peels to make it look cool. I cube up some marinated soy and put that in there and add the rest of the broth and done! My miso has a lot more stuff in it than you get dining out... usually some combo of celery, onion, carrot, mushroom, zucchini or whatevers hanging out in the fridge.
