i used to walk outside a lot. I hardly ever do that anymore. It's kind of sad, but I just can't reach my heart rate walking around the neighborhood. My current home gym is one of those little weight benches that store the hand weights under them, some hand weights, a 55 lb barbell set, an exercise bike and a cd player to listen to a yoga cd. I also have a $99/yr membership to planet fitness. All I do there is walk/run on the treadmill so far. I really don't like exercising but its become a habit after 6 months.
